To set up a wholesale account, we will first need information about your business to determine if our products are the right fit. Please click on the photo below to fill out the Annotated Audrey Wholesale Program application form. Once you are an approved vendor,  we will create an account for you and you will recieve an email (at the contact email provided in the form) asking you to activate your account, where you can then setup a password.
